These terms apply when you buy items in Rocket X Landing ("the game"), published by Cygen Tech. By completing a purchase you agree to them.

What you are buying

Purchases unlock digital items in the game — rockets and upgrades such as Side Thrusters. Every item can also be unlocked for free with credits earned by playing; buying simply unlocks it straight away. Items are a licence to use them in the game; they have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.

Your pilot profile

Purchases are linked to the pilot profile you are signed in with and are available on every device where you sign in with that profile. You need a pilot profile to buy. If you delete your profile, your purchased items are removed with it and cannot be restored.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay and are one-time charges — there are no subscriptions. On the website, payment is processed by PayPal (PayPal balance or card); in the Android app, by Google Play. We never see or store your card or bank details. Your bank or PayPal may apply currency conversion.

Delivery

Items unlock as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. If a payment is still being processed by PayPal, the item unlocks once it completes. If something you paid for has not unlocked, contact us with your PayPal transaction ID and we will fix it.

Refunds

Because items are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final. We will refund a purchase if you were charged but the item did not unlock and we cannot fix it, if you were charged more than once for the same item, or where the law requires a refund. Email us within 30 days of the purchase with your PayPal transaction ID. Refunded items are removed from your profile. Purchases made in the Android app are refunded under Google Play's refund policy.

Changes to the game

We may balance or update items (for example adjust a rocket's handling) to keep the game fair and fun. If we ever discontinue the game, we will give reasonable notice where possible.

Fair play

Cheating, exploiting bugs, or attempting to obtain items without paying may lead to removal of leaderboard entries or items.
